Chemical Etch Steps

BlueRing Stencils continues to offer chemical etching for the production of stencils and steps for multi-level stencils. While this original stencil-making technology still has its niche, particularly in coarse board designs, it has become less favored due to its limitations in accuracy and precision. For the highest quality steps, we recommend E-Z Step Laser Welding or Micro-Milling, which provide superior accuracy and precision compared to traditional chemical etching.
