Our “cloud” based Quality Management System to communicate quality data in real-time, across the world. Our “cloud” based Enterprise Resource Planning system maintains traceability, and all our systems are NIST SP 800-171 compliant.
We utilize Design for Manufacturability during product development, which assures that quality is built into our entire process, allows for scalability and uniformity between locations and produces repeatable and measurable outcomes. Our Manufacturing Equipment is copy-exact for predicted outcomes and also statistically qualified to assure consistent capabilities.
We have committed to quality at every arm of our businesses, meaning quality is engrained as part of our culture. Our extensive internal training programs include problem-solving, Statistical Process Control, 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), Total Quality Management, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Quality Standards
BlueRing Stencils has been assessed by Orion Registrar and found to be in compliance with the following Quality Standard: ISO 9001:2015. The Quality Management System is applicable to: Stencil Manufacturing.
Note: For the purpose of a uniform and all-inclusive Quality Management System, all companies are referred to as “FCT Companies” for ease of integration and compliance. All divisions and companies are operated as individual legal entities. FCT Companies is not a legal entity.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is a family of standards for quality management systems and is an internationally recognized certification. It is maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies. An ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates that the company or organization certified has consistent processes that are being applied. These processes are documented extensively within the ISO 9001:2015 system of quality management, which is represented by the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This gives customers assurance of proper quality control, eliminating the need for additional audits to confirm the appropriateness of a company’s quality management system.
