Greg Smith has been a dedicated professional in the electronics assembly industry since 1989. He owned and served as President of a stencil manufacturing company for 23 years before joining FineLine Stencil (FLS). Following the merger of FLS and MET, Greg has leveraged his extensive experience to assist customers with stencil design and oversee BlueRing Stencils’ Root Cause Analysis services, which help identify and resolve yield problems.
As the Manager of Stencil Technology and an author of various industry research papers, Greg’s expertise has been instrumental to the success of BlueRing Stencils.

Sven began his professional career in Germany in Advertising and Marketing before transitioning to the Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry in the USA, focusing on Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Defense, and Consumer Electronics. He has extensive experience in Asian manufacturing within the Automotive, Medical, and Consumer sectors. Sven’s self-driven attitude and deep understanding of various work cultures have been pivotal to his success. As a Lean/Six Sigma Quality Professional, he excels in Improvement, Problem Solving, Implementation, Auditing (ISO, AS, IATF), and Mentoring.
