Reusable Frame

Introducing a sustainable solution for recycling and reusing our SMT stencil frames. We have eliminated the need for epoxy bonds and have implemented our mesh welding technology in the frame all while maintaining industry standard tension. Reduce waste and clean up your shop floor by utilizing Reusable Frames for 23 and 29 inch space saver stencils. Depending on wear and tear during production, we estimate 10-15 cycles of foil mounting before needing to retire the frame.

Send Frame to BRS
Re-mount New Foil

Go green and cut costs by ordering BlueRing’s Reusable Frame. When updating your design, reduce frame waste by returning the frame to your local BlueRing Stencils location. We will update the design and send it back for you to re-use! Our unique technology allows us to re-mount a new foil 10 to 15 times per frame.
