Conformal Masking Fixtures

Pallets can be used in conformal coating to provide clearance for overhanging components, odd shapes or molded housings, as well as the masking of board or component areas, and are able to direct overspray downward towards the machine filter system rather than onto your expensive conveyor.

Pallet materials are resistant to coating solvents, which means cleaning can be done by simply dipping into a dip pan. Because conformal coating pallets allow for easy cleaning and don’t usually require manual masking, they can significantly reduce machine downtime, thereby saving money and increasing efficiency. Adjustable versions of coating fixtures are available for Hi-mix / Lo-run projects.
